Delivery
How much do you charge for delivery?
We offer FREE standard shipping within Australia for all orders over $99. Orders under $99 incur a $10 delivery fee. International shipping to New Zealand has a flat rate of $15.
When will I receive my order?
- Australian metropolitan areas: 1-4 business days
- Australian regional areas: 1-4 business days
- New Zealand: up to 10 business days
Do you deliver internationally?
We currently only ship to Australia and New Zealand.
Can I change the delivery address after ordering?
Once an order is placed, we cannot make changes to the delivery address or order details as we process orders quickly for efficient shipping.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer free 30-day returns for eligible items that are:
- Unworn and undamaged
- In original packaging
- Returned within 30 days of purchase

How long does the return process take?
Returns take up to 10 business days to reach us, plus 4-6 business days for processing. Refunds appear in your account within 1-7 business days after processing.

What payment methods do you accept?

Can I cancel or change my order?
Due to our fast processing, we cannot cancel or change orders once placed. Please see our returns policy if you need to return an item.
What if an item is out of stock?
Our website shows real-time inventory. If an item sells out during checkout, it will be removed from your cart.
