Our Returns Promise

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for:

  • Unworn items with original tags attached
  • Products in their original packaging
  • Items with proof of purchase

How to Return

  1. Initiate Return: Visit tastefulshoe.com/returns-portal
  2. Pack Securely: Use original packaging with all accessories
  3. Attach Label: Include the completed returns form
  4. Post Back: Drop at any Australia Post office

Refund Processing

  • Allow 3-5 business days for us to receive your return
  • Refunds processed within 5 business days after inspection
  • Original shipping costs non-refundable (except faulty items)

Exchange Options

For size exchanges:

  1. Return original item following standard process
  2. Place new order for preferred size
  3. Email us for price protection on sale items

Non-Returnable Items

  • Worn or damaged footwear
  • Customized/personalized products
  • Clearance/sale items marked “Final Sale”

Faulty Products

For manufacturing defects:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  2. Provide photos of the issue
  3. We’ll cover return shipping costs

International Returns

  • New Zealand customers responsible for return postage
  • Refunds issued in AUD (currency conversion fees may apply)
  • Allow 2-3 weeks for international returns processing
